Project Overview

Describe the project you’d like SMCF to support. Explain what you hope to accomplish, who will benefit, and how the funds will be used. Be as specific as possible. We love learning about creative, hands-on ideas that make a real difference.

Are you collaborating with an SMCF Trusted Community Partner? Each project may only have one lead organization.

Project Budget

Help us understand your project’s scope and how SMCF funds would be used. We want to ensure that your project is both achievable and sustainable.

Matching Grants

We strongly encourage applicants to secure matching funds from other donors, partners, or earned revenue. Matching support demonstrates community investment, strengthens your proposal, and increases the impact of SMCF’s contribution.

Have you secured a Matching Grant?
