SMCF Nonprofit Network

Trusted Community Partner Application

Whether your organization is large or small, well-established or just taking flight, this brief application is the first step towards:

  • Being listed in our public nonprofit directory.
  • Leveraging shared resources and pro bono expertise.
  • Receiving an SMCF Digital Recognition Pin.
  • Becoming eligible for SMCF project grants, pass-through donations, and 1 San Miguel Annual Campaign distributions.

We invite applications on a rolling basis and renew status annually. If we do not yet have an established relationship, we will likely require a site visit and additional information.

Reviewing the full list of questions in advance can help you prepare your responses, gather required materials, and complete the form with confidence.
