Mission:
Our Mission is enhance the quality of life of individuals with life-limiting illness and support their families through the management of physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Helping the patient to remain comfortable, until death occurs naturally and peacefully.

Mitigare, Palliative Care is an A.C. organization, a non-profit private association under Mexican law, whose aim is to serve all the citizens of San Miguel de Allende, not only in the urban areas but in the small communities of the area, with trained and sensitive personnel specialized in- home care for any patient who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness or state of health and a life expectancy of 6 months or less.

Our staff are professionals specialized in caring for people who have a life-limiting illness. We meet all the patient’s needs, physical, emotional, social and spiritual, as well as the needs of the whole family, and help the patients make decisions about how and where they want to spend the rest of their lives.
